Jennifer Jesse Smith Eagle Feathers

Jennifer Jesse Smith is an accomplished jeweler of Lakota descent. These earrings are cast in silver. They are her detailed representation of eagle feathers. They are 2 1/2″ long including the loops. They are stamped on the back J. Jesse Smith and 925. The feathers are similar but not identical. 

Jennifer and her mother, Cathy Smith, run the Nambe Trading post in Nambe, NM. Cathy is an award-winning beadwork artist. She provided much of the beadwork for the movie, “Dances with Wolves.”
