Mavasta Honyouti “Moon and Stars” Carved Panel

This is master carver Mavasta Honyouti’s carved panel of cottonwood root. On the top is a Sootukwnangw, known as the Heart of the Cosmos Deity and on the bottom is a Hololo, who is related to the Moon. Mavasta has entitled this, “Moon and Stars.” It is 13.5″ tall and 3″ wide.
