Koyaala Katsina – 1960s

This is an adorable Hopi Koyaala or Koshare from about the 1960s. He certainly is animated. When I acquired this, one arm was broken off and the corn husk was in a shambles. I had a professional restorer bring him back to life and add the base so he doesn’t topple over anymore. The height is 7 1/2” with the base adding 1/2.”
