Hopi Kahaila Wicker – 15″

The Kahaila katsina is often referred to as a Hunter katsina. He is said to have migrated from the Rio Grande pueblos. This wicker plaque rendition is just under 15″ in diameter. I would date it to the 60s or 70s. It is in fine condition with no missing stitches or other damage. The price is very reasonable as I obtained it favorably.
