Apache Child’s Boot Moccasins

These Apache child’s boot moccasins are an interesting story. When I bought them they had a lot of damage as shown in photo 2. I sent them to master beader, Angela Swedberg, for restoration. As you can see, they now look great. She told me, “I used the same twill weave trade cloth that was on there originally. And it’s made in England by the Hainsworth factory.” They are 9″ long and very cute! I would date them to the first third of the 20th Century.
