1910-1920 Aykatsina or Rattle Racer

This is an early and rare Aykatsina or Rattle Racer. It has a very simple form. I would date it to 1910-1920. It looks not to have been made for a collector market. Alph Secakuku says that the design on the side of the head “represents the world.” The carving is 7 ¼” tall and 1 ¾” wide. The professional metal stand adds ¼”.
